The SPRX team

We started SPRX to solve a problem we saw everywhere: companies spending months chasing down documents, only to leave incentives on the table or risk messy audits with half-baked reports.

Our founder, Dominic Vitucci, launched his career on Grant Thornton’s Tax Innovation team, where he saw firsthand how much time and money companies were losing to outdated, manual processes. In 2020, he left to build a faster, smarter way to file.
